ieComputerSystems provides the most convenient
methods for ordering its products. Firstly we have secure 256-bit S.S.L. on-line ordering.
This method of ordering provides a very secure, simple, quick and
efficient method of ordering products and services from ieComputerSystems.
However, if you would like to order ieSupportManager but, like a lot of people
are reluctant to give out your credit card details over the internet then you
can use our printer-friendly order form to fax through the order or
you can ring us at the number below.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Access, MasterCard and EuroCard).
Payments can also be made by cheque, bank draft or electronic fund
transfer (please specify that all fees are to be paid by you). If you would like to pay by cheque then please fill in and print
the order form as described and post
it to us accompanied by a Euro bank draft for the appropriate amount made
payable to ieComputerSystems Ltd.
Once your payment has been cleared by
our bank a license file will be sent to the email address entered on the order
form. For credit card orders this will normally take 1 working day. Other methods may
take longer. Ensure that all the fields marked * have been
filled in and that all the details entered are correct. Our Privacy Policy also
provides more details about how we
protect the information you give us. |

All Irish customers are subject
to Value Added Tax at current rates (). E.U. customers who do not
supply a valid tax number will also be subject to Value Added Tax at current
Irish rates (). All others are exempt. |

Tax Number |
E.U. customers please note that when
entering your tax number you must also enter your country code e.g. IE 1234567A.

Payments |
Payment for all orders MUST be
made in Euro. Cheques and bank drafts should be made
payable to ieComputerSystems Ltd. and crossed "A/C Payee Only. Not
Negotiable". If paying via EFT (electronic fund transfer) please specify
that all fees are to be paid by you. |

Returns Policy
Because delivery of the
software is electronic, we CANNOT accept any returns of our
software. The evaluation version of our software can be used without any functional
restriction, however there is a limit on the number of records that can be saved
within the relevant system. We strongly recommend that you make use of the evaluation
version of our software before deciding to make any purchases.
Anonymous Email Addresses
Due to the high amount of
fraud associated with free email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) and their high
level of anonymity, we cannot accept orders from these addresses. If you cannot
provide us with an alternative email address, please email our Sales Department
