What do I do First?
   
 
IMPORTANT - Please read the following question prior to downloading ieSupportManager
 
Do you have any of the databases listed under the 'supported databases' section below already installed on your PC?
 
Yes  Download the evaluation version of ieSupportManager, run the installation routine and follow the on-screen instructions, be careful to select your chosen database type at the appropriate section of the installation routine. Your chosen database type must be installed before ieSupportManager can be used. Once this is complete you can then install the other ieSupportManager components that you wish to use.
 
No Download the evaluation version of ieSupportManager, run the installation routine and follow the on-screen instructions, be careful to select 'Firebird' as your chosen database type at the appropriate section of the installation routine. Included in this installation is a free version of the Firebird database for you to use. Once this is complete you can then install the other ieSupportManager components that you wish to use.

Yes, the main ieSupportManager installation guide is available for viewing/download below in our downloads section, look for 'ieSupportManager Installation Guide'. Please note that if you plan to use Microsoft SQL as the back-end database then please read the appropriate supplemental installation guide, which is available for viewing/download below also.
